As far as I can remember, I always wanted to be a scientist. As a child I was fascinated by people in white lab coats mixing colourful liquids in the lab and getting stuff to foam and explode. I thought it was fun. I was a very curious child, always asking questions (my report cards almost always had ‘talkative’) and wanting to know more.

Tiffany Odera reflects Medicago’s integrityvalue, ensuring that all activities are always carried out in accordance with the strictest regulatory standards.

“I love that we are working to help people, I love the science behind the manufacturing platform, and working in a regulated environment.”

Erica N. Powell represents Medicago’s innovation value, for at Medicago they also challenge conventional methods to deliver important health solutions.

“My favourite part about working at Medicago is having the opportunity to explore and use innovative plant technology to make important vaccines. Working with plants from seed to a full-grown viable plant for processing, is therapeutic for me. It provides a sense of fulfillment, knowing that the plants I grow will eventually be used to help produce a vaccine!”

Jennifer Culp embraces Medicago’s collaboration value, as partnerships are essential to meet human health challenges and that’s why we bring together the brightest minds in the industry.
